Α. Payment Policy 

To confirm your booking, 25% of your total charge, is required as a deposit. The deposit cannot be less than the charge for one night. The deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation of your booking, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. 

The remaining balance to be paid upon arrival.

C. Cancellation Policy 

a) In case of a cancellation up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.  

b) In case of cancellation 20 days to 8 days prior to your arrival, the deposit is not refundable and a 50% charge of your booking applies.  

c) In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, a 100% charge of your booking applies.  

d) In case of non-show or an early departure, a 100% charge of your booking applies.
