  • Smoking

    For the safety and comfort of all our guests, SMOKING is not permitted in the rooms. Smoking is allowed only on the patios/balconies and in open air areas.

  • Safe Deposit Box

    For your convenience, a Safe Deposit Box is available inside the closet in the room free of charge. Instructions on how to use can be found above it. The hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings.

  • Air-Conditioning

    The room is fully air-conditioned. You may adjust the ventilation and the temperature level at the wall mounted panel.

  • Mini Bar

    The room has a mini bar with 2 bottles of water upon your arrival.

  • Transfers - Taxi Service

    Breakfast is included in your reservation and is served every day from 08:00am until 11:00am. To enjoy your breakfast from the comfort of your room, kindly let us know by 19.00pm of the previous day (extra fee of 5€ applies p.p.).

    If you wish to snack, dine, or enjoy a beverage of your liking in your room, kindly use the Room Service Menu, the Snack Card or the Bar Catalogue. Available daily between 11:00am and 22:00pm.

    Operating hours: 10:30am to 18:30pm (daily).

    Towels are available by the pool lounge.

  • Parking

    Our guests may park their vehicles free of charge in the hotel's parking lot or in the nearby designated area.

    Our chefs are available at any time to meet your dietary needs and consider any food allergies. Please inform us, PRIOR TO OR UPPON ARRIVAL, for any special needs or requests so we can accommodate you in a timely manner.

    In the hotel we use a save energy magnetic key system. Insert your key holder in the box situated next to the door to turn on the lights.

Safety, Security and Emergency Procedures

Security cameras are installed in public areas of the property for your own safety. Please call the front office for all questions concerning this subject.

In case you discover a fire:

  • Break the glass of the nearest alarm point.
  • Dial 8 and give full details and location of the smoke or fire.
  • When you hear the alarm bells ringing continuously, evacuate the area and assemble at the lobby.
  • Close doors, windows and switch off the air conditioning if possible before leaving.

Important notes to remember:

  • ALWAYS familiarize yourself with the nearest emergency exit indicated on the evacuation instructions
  • ALWAYS leave via the designated stairs and emergency exit.
  • DO NOT use the elevators.
  • DO NOT stop to collect personal belongings.
  • DO NOT re-enter the building unless authorized to do so by the hotel personnel.
  • Ensure that electrical appliances are turned off after use.
  • Exercise caution when using matches or candles.

Children’s policy

Children between 0–5 years old, free of charge
Children between 6-12 years old, 25% of daily adult charge
Children of 13 years old or older are considered adults, and they are charged accordingly.
Baby cots for infants are provided free of charge. Due to the limited number of items, kindly inform us beforehand.

Pets

Your best friends are our best friends!!! In Myra Hotel, we welcome pets (up to 5 kg), and we make sure they enjoy their part of your holidays! Extra fees apply.

LOST ITEMS, VALUABLES & PROPERTY

The hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. It is the guests’ responsibility to protect their property and to keep their belongings stored securely. The hotel encourages guests to lock their rooms at all times when they are not present. For guests’ convenience, every room in the hotel is equipped with a safe deposit box. Guests are required to inform the hotel’s front desk as soon as they discover any of their belongings are missing, stolen or lost. For guests’ convenience, all found items will be kept securely for collection by the owner for up to one (1) month from the date they were found. In case of found valuables/ personal belongings, the hotel is not obliged to inform the guests; however, the hotel will make all reasonable efforts to inform them accordingly. If the hotel is not informed by the guests for any lost, missing items within a month of their departure (check out date), the hotel is not obliged to return such items, since it is the hotel’s policy to dispose such items after the one (1) month period.  In case of any return of lost items, valuables and property to the guests, the postage or courier costs will be borne by the guests.
